ALWAYS ADVENTURE

A slight case of NYC homesickness meant that it was time for a happiness adventure. One thing I miss the most about calling NYC home was that no matter where you were and what day of the week it was, you could turn a corner and stumble upon a piece of natural or man made beauty that blew you away.

Upon hearing about this “overgrown hidden magical forest swampland” from one of my friends (I assure you that is a direct quote), I knew I had to go see it for myself. Armed with my combat boots and my favourite pair of torn jeans,  of course. What's a better cure for homesickness than a magical forest?

And let me tell you; it was just as she described.
