Denim is slowly but surely taking over my wardrobe, whether that be in the form of jeans, jackets or even denim shorts (summer - where are you?!). While my collection is growing, I'm still lusting over some more pieces (oops, sorry CC!) and I thought I would share my ever growing lust worthy wish lists with you.

The Black Jean

Probably the style of jean that single handedly gets the biggest workout in my wardrobe! I recommend a minimum of two pairs of black jeans for any girl, just to keep you covered in case you're like me and leave the washing until the very last minute possible. Ripped black jeans are also a wardrobe staple to give you that edgy chic outfit with minimal effort.

The Blue Denim Jean

Everyone needs at least one pair of blue denim jeans on rotation within their wardrobe. I love to add some rips to my denim jeans to edge them up a little bit, otherwise I end up feeling a bit "mum-ish" ... just me?

The Frayed Jean

The coolest jeans on the current market in my opinion, is the frayed bottom jean! A friend of mine recently introduced me to these 3 x 1 Fringed Jeans and I can't stop thinking about them! They might be walking into my wardrobe in the near future ... she's to blame.

The Denim Jacket

You don't even want to know how many denim jackets I have in my wardrobe at the moment! One of my favourite pieces for transeasonal weather though, so completely justified. I'd go for a dark denim, a light denim, and my new favourite, a denim jacket covered in cool patches, like this one here from Missguided!

The Denim Short

While we are officially in Winter in the Southern Hemisphere, I'm always dreaming of summer and counting down the days until I can get myself into a pair of shorts without people looking at me like I'm crazy. You of course, can't go past the iconic pairs from ONE TEASPOON, but I've done some more re-con and found some other faves too from the always classic Levi's and L'Agence.

I'm all about denim at the moment and with so many options out there, it's about time we all did a little bit of shopping I think!
