THE SLIP DRESS OF DREAMS

No but really, this LPA slip dress from FWRD is everything your wardrobe needs and more.

You all probably know by now that I am the biggest black slip dress advocate in Australia, if not the whole world if we were looking at it closely! I absolutely love the things. While I've always been a sucker for the 'basics'  (their ability to be accessorised every way possible to create a new outfit gets me every time!), the black slip dress has made its way into my wardrobe in a number of variations and I always find myself turning to it when choosing outfits. My absolute undoubted number 1 wardrobe favourite.

My ultimate ways to accessorise a slip dress? Pop a white t-shirt underneath for a more casual day look, add a statement pair of earrings and pointed heels for a nighttime look, or just wear it by itself with some cool accessories and a crossbody bag. Heck - you can even turn the shorter slip dresses into slip tops if you have mastered the art of tucking. The possibilities are literally endless.

Together, to me this look is a perfect evening outfit created with pretty much a girl's wardrobe staple pieces. Even better.
