WHY GINGHAM IS EVERYTHING YOU NEED RIGHT NOW

I just can't get enough of it!

A few weeks ago, my first gingham piece from Topshop entered my wardrobe and from the moment I added it to an outfit, I knew this was a trend I was going to be embracing for the season. So so good! It may come as no surprise to you I've fallen in love with this print - it's monochromatic, classic and a more subtle print than any florals you might found - sounds like me, doesn't it!?

Another reason I'm loving the gingham print at the moment is because it's such an easy way to elevate an outfit. The other day I wore this Nice Martin gingham top featured with a pair of ripped jeans and it was the perfect way to dress casual but with a twist. Here, I've gone a step further and paired gingham with gingham (obsessed much?!). But I blame it on this Nice Martin set just being so good and killing it paired together! Add a plain black t-shirt or sweater with this skirt too and you have an entirely new outfit. Which I can guarantee will be seeing a lot of use in my wardrobe over the coming months.
