LOVING: JUMPSUITS + MESSENGER BAGS

New love alert: jumpsuits and messenger bags have me swooning!

I'm usually a small bag kinda girl. The type where you try to cram as much as you can into a small space and end up carrying your phone because the bag just doesn't expand the way you want it to (I'm looking at you, YSL 'Blogger Bag'!). But when I set my eyes on this Rebecca Minkoff messenger bag I knew that this was going to be the bigger* bag in my life and I needed it now! 

*Note this bag is in no way big, but it's big for me, hehe.

Not only was it a practical style I knew I needed to inject into my wardrobe, but the bag has the most beautiful pebbled leather, tassel detailing and multiple compartments so I can keep up with where my 5 lipsticks have disappeared to throughout the day! When I lived in NYC, Rebecca Minkoff became one of my favourite accessory designers and I'm so excited that it's now shoppable in my local David Jones in Australia, yay!

Speaking of things I'm swooning over, I have extended my playsuit love to now include jumpsuits after getting my hands on this Lovers + Friends jumpsuit from my all time favourite online store, REVOLVE. Not only does it actually fit me the way it should (does anyone else have the weird body proportion problem?!), but the stripes do the elongated job and maintain the flattering element I fell in love with to begin with. Yes, yes and yes!

Expect to see a few more messenger bags (hello to this one!) and jumpsuits (this one and this one are so high on my wishlist!) this Spring while obsess over my new love. Hehe.
