Why statement skirts are my new favourite thing!

I've never really kept it hidden how much I just damn love a good skirt! Here I am, in the middle of winter, writing this post whilst wearing a skirt. Bare legs always! My favourite thing to match with a pair of black ankle boots? A skirt! My favourite thing to dress up and dress down, depending on the occasion? Yep, you guessed it, a skirt.

Recently this Rodeo Show skirt caught my eye and it was love at first sight! The most perfect details, just the right amount of print to not scare me away, and a muted colour palette that had me thinking of fall. Major swoonfest if I ever saw one! Paired back with a bell sleeve top and of course, a pair of black ankle boots, this outfit has quickly become one of my new favourites! I'll be pairing this skirt with black knitted sweaters, white t-shirts, long coats and maybe even some clashing prints before we know it!
